How to Use your Content Management System

LiveEdit basics
This section will teach you about the basics of our content management system LiveEdit Aurora. You will learn how to add, edit, delete, and move content, as well as what tools you have at your disposal.
LiveEdit mobile
To see what your website will look like on a mobile device, click on the "Mobile" button in the toolbar menu. The "Mobile" button will display what your current page will look like on a mobile device.
LiveEdit pages
Manage your pages and menus by clicking on the "Pages" button in the toolbar at the top of your screen. You can see what pages are already created and the menus they fit in the left column. You can use the "Add Item" button on the right to add new pages, links or other menu items.
LiveEdit file manager
The File Manager allows you to upload and manage images, videos, PDFs, documents and other files needed for your website. All of your files can be organized into folders and subfolders by clicking the gear button next My Files on the left and selecting "Add". To upload files, select the folder you would like the files to reside in and click the "Upload File" button on the right side. You can then drag your files into the area appointed or click "Add Files". You can access your file manager from the Dashboard or by clicking "More" on the toolbar and selecting "File Manager".
LiveEdit blog
In order to add a new blog post, click on "More" on the toolbar and then select "Dashboard". Once in the Dashboard, select "Blog" from the left column. To set-up your blog - click on the "Settings" menu to add your Blog title, description, date format, and other settings for your blog. And to add blog posts, click "New Post" on the upper right-hand side.
LiveEdit email marketing
Email marketing involves 1) Creating your email newsletter in a page with the Email template and 2) Sending out your email newsletter by creating a campaign and sending the E-Blast to your designated email lists. You create an Email page through the "Pages" button, manage email lists in the sites Dashboard, and send email campaigns using the "E-Blast" button while on your Email newsletter page.

Calendar Events

To access the Calendar and create an Event, click on the "More" button located in the toolbar then select "Dashboard". Click "Calendar" in the right column. Once in the Calendar service, click "Create Event" on the right-hand side to begin. Fill out as much information as necessary under Details and click "Save" when completed. You can add as many events as you like by following the same method from the main Calendar page.
